If you are evaluating or setting up RentalDesk for the first time, follow these steps before moving a full portfolio into production.

  1. Confirm your business profile, branches, users, and permission levels.
  2. Add properties, unit blocks, units, and rent schedules.
  3. Add tenants, lease dates, deposits, opening balances, and billing start dates.
  4. Connect payment collection workflows and confirm receipt or reconciliation rules.
  5. Generate a small test invoice and review the tenant statement, owner report, and dashboard totals.
